Autism & ADHD Evaluations via Telehealth Across 43 States.

No waitlist.

If you are wondering whether Autism Spectrum (ASD) or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) explains how your brain works in your career, relationships, academic work, or daily life, consider a comprehensive evaluation. Assessments range in cost between $800 - $2,000.

Dr. Brian Burgoyne, PsyD, LP, ASDCS, is a Certified Autism Spectrum Clinical Specialist. Telehealth assessments differentiate ADHD and autism in pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. Results are delivered within 14 days.

Online evaluations examine how you process information, communicate, and engage with the world. The appointment lasts approximately three to four hours, and you will complete self-report forms prior to our meeting. Tests are private pay, meaning your information is confidential and not shared with insurance.

Clients receive mailed confidential test materials prior to the evaluation. Assessment includes a thorough clinical interview, standardized diagnostic evaluation, and detailed written report (8 - 20 pages) with personalized recommendations.

Dr. Burgoyne’s proprietary online autism and ADHD assessments follow APA’s highest standards within the field of clinical psychology and have been noted as being extremely thorough by former clients. Results are confidential and often lead to accommodations and supports in different environments.

After submitting your request, Dr. Burgoyne's office will contact you within one business day to discuss your evaluation and confirm scheduling.

Dr. Brian Burgoyne, PsyD is authorized under the PSYPACT interstate compact to provide secure, telepsychology assessment services to individuals located in 43 participating PSYPACT states, allowing individuals to access high-quality specialized evaluations without traveling to Colorado.

What Is PSYPACT®?

PSYPACT (Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact) is an interstate compact that allows licensed psychologists to provide telepsychology services to clients located in participating states.

Because Dr. Brian Burgoyne is authorized under PSYPACT, adults physically located in participating states may receive psychological assessment services remotely through secure telehealth appointments.

Telepsychology services are provided only when clients are physically located in approved PSYPACT states at the time of each appointment.

Telehealth Assessment Services Offered via PSYPACT®:

  • Comprehensive assessment determines whether attention, organization, and executive functioning challenges are consistent with ADHD and provides diagnostic clarity along with individualized recommendations when appropriate.

  • Assessment evaluates social communication patterns, behavioral characteristics, and sensory experiences to clarify whether experiences align with autism spectrum conditions. Many adults seek evaluation after recognizing lifelong patterns that were never formally assessed.

  • Comprehensive evaluation is available for individuals experiencing complex or longstanding concerns where diagnosis remains unclear.
    Evaluations frequently help distinguish among:

    • ADHD, anxiety, or mood-related conditions

    • Autism spectrum conditions and related differences

    • Cognitive, emotional, or psychological contributors to functioning challenges

All services are provided using secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

Why Individuals Seek Telehealth Assessments:

Many adults pursue psychological evaluation after experiencing:

• Extended wait times for local assessment services
• Limited availability of providers specializing in adult assessment
• Symptoms that were overlooked or undiagnosed earlier in life
• Workplace or academic accommodation needs
• Ongoing questions about attention, learning, autism, or diagnostic clarity

Telehealth assessment expands access to specialized psychological services, allowing individuals to receive comprehensive evaluation without travel while maintaining the same professional standards of care.

PSYPACT Compliance & Telehealth Standards

Services are provided in accordance with the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT), which permits qualified psychologists to deliver telepsychology services across participating states while maintaining regulatory and ethical standards.

To ensure full compliance:

• Clients must be physically located within a PSYPACT participating state during each session
• Location verification is completed at the beginning of every appointment
• Telehealth services are provided only when PSYPACT eligibility requirements are met
• All services are delivered via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms

These safeguards help ensure that individuals receive high-quality psychological assessment services while maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and professional standards equivalent to in-person care.

Telehealth services are not emergency services. Individuals experiencing a mental health crisis should contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

Individuals seeking a comprehensive adult autism or ADHD evaluation through PSYPACT telehealth services are invited to schedule a consultation to determine whether assessment services are a good fit for their needs and goals.
